Renaissance-man-Bela-Hidvegi(Author’s note: Béla Hidvégi is an SCI International Life Member and Honorary International Director from Hungary whose hunting heritage ranges from having to literally hunt for food after World War II by trying to snag pheasants with a pitchfork, to gifting his home country with extensive collections of species from around the world. Central Hungarian Chapter AGM

New-CHC-Board002The Central Hungarian Chapter held its annual general assembly, with elections of a new Board of Directors and gala dinner in a beautiful spa town, for which Hungary is so well known. The following members were elected to the Board (left to right): Dr. Gabor Kakonyi, VP for social relations, lobbying; Dr. Istvan Halmagyi Takacs, VP for hunting culture, trophy and award matters; Pal Lakatos, VP for organization and event manager; Mrs. Adrienn Lipp, VP for PR and media relations; Gyula Pal, President; Dr. Zsolt Kohalmi, VP for international relations; Dr. Attila Gomori, Treasurer.
