Botswana Plains Game Hunt Extraordinaire

The poor man’s buffalo proved more challenging than expected. The bulls were hiding in dense, head-high brush. I shot this one at 30 yards and all I could see was the base of its neck. That was enough. The beauty of the hide and the gloss of the horns are impressive.
