Hunters who have dreamed of hunting in a far off place or for a huge whitetail in the states can find the hunt of their dreams at the 2014 SCI Annual Hunters’ Convention, February 5-8 at Mandalay Bay Convention Center in Las Vegas, Nevada. Over 600 outfitters, hunting lodges and booking agents will have displays during the four-day event.
“There is no better place for a person to book a hunting adventure,” says Libby Grimes, SCI Convention Director. “There are virtually thousands of all types of hunts available for booking from the hundreds of exhibitors who offer hunting opportunities. Instead of booking online or over the phone, hunters have face-to-face meetings with those who have hunts for sale. Interested hunters can sit down and discuss hunt packages with several different exhibitors to find the perfect one for them.”
Hunts offered at the SCI Convention range from bird hunts in North America to month-long safaris in Africa. Hunts are available on every continent in the world and almost in every country. If there is a game species a hunter is looking for, chances are excellent that several outfitters are offering hunts for them at the Convention.
“Even if a hunter is not looking for a hunt in the next year or two, but is interested in one in the future, they should plan to attend the SCI Convention,” says Grimes. “Many hunting adventures take time to plan. In addition to the exhibit floor, there are several good seminars available to attendees. Many of these seminars cover how to book a hunt, prepare for travel and how to handle trophies and get them back home. This is great information for hunters of all levels.”
The 2014 Convention runs from February 5-8 at the Mandalay Bay Resort & Convention Center in Las Vegas, Nevada. Pre-registration discounts are available now! Discount prices end December 18, 2013.
