SCI Chapter 2019 Guns Of The Year

Two outstanding firearms, one a rifle and the other a shotgun, are available for chapters as the 2019 Guns of the Year.

The rifle package is a Barrett Fieldcraft bolt-action rifle in 6.5 Creedmoor (only 50 available) with Zeiss Conquest V4 4-16×44 ZMOA-2 reticle, and the shotgun is a 20-gauge Fausti Caledon over/under (only 30 available).

The SCI Gun of the Year Program objective is to provide a unique opportunity for chapters to purchase limited-edition firearms at an exceptional value to support their fundraising events and further the missions of SCI.

These firearms are limited edition configurations, are marked with their edition number, and prominently display the SCI logo. There is select availability in each of the firearms offered and are expected to sell out early.

The scaled action and optimized bolt design are only part of what makes the Barrett Fieldcraft rifle a total winner.

It features a Timney trigger, hand-laid carbon fiber stock, two-position safety and 21-inch barrel with 1 in 8-inch twist rifling. Without scope, the rifle weighs but 5.2 pounds. Each rifle is engraved with the SCI logo and numbered from 1 to 50.

The Zeiss scope offers a wide elevation and windage range and features a multi-turn elevation turret with Ballistic Stop and a side parallax adjustment. Weight of the scope is 22.6 ounces.

The Fausti 20-gauge Caledon features a four-lock system with automatic ejector, single selective gold trigger and five interchangeable chokes.

The over/under shotgun has a silver frame with pierced top lever, round pistol grip stock with rubber recoil pad. Stock is select A+ walnut with oil finish. The guns are engraved with the SCI logo in gold inlay and numbered 1 to 30.
