Safari Club International has won the prestigious Gold AVA Digital Award for its Hunt Forever blog and the Silver Communicator Award of Distinction for SAFARI Magazine overall design.
The AVA award “recognizes excellence by creative professionals responsible for the planning, concept, direction, design and production of digital communication,” and is presented by the Association of Marketing & Communication Professionals, which consists of several thousand production, marketing, communication, advertising, public relations and free-lance professionals. There were about 2,100 other entries from around the world in the 2015 AVA competition, and of them only four blogs earned Gold.
The Communicator Award “is the leading international awards program recognizing big ideas in marketing and communications,” and is sanctioned and judged by the Academy of Interactive & Visual Arts, an invitation-only group consisting of top-tier professionals from acclaimed media, communications, advertising, creative and marketing firms. The Communicator Awards receives more than 6,000 entries from companies and agencies of all sizes, making it one of the largest awards of its kind in the world.
