The 43rd Annual Safari Club International Convention and Ultimate Hunter’s Market is shaping up to be more exciting than ever!
Last February, Attendees could see more than 1,100 exhibitors from around the world, chat with outfitters about the hunts they sell, and shop from a wide variety of hunting and luxury products. Members could also see the finest wildlife taxidermy and diorama work and art displayed by the world’s most renowned wildlife artists.
The world’s great gun makers displayed the best examples of their craft and offered SCI members the chance to buy the ultimate in bespoke shotguns and rifles. The Rigby exhibit featured a gunsmith actually making a stock in the booth, giving attendees an unusual chance to see the production of a fine custom firearm.
SCI’s 2015 convention is expected to surpass the success of the most recent convention. For the first time since moving the show to Las Vegas, all of SCI’s exhibitors will be on one show floor, in contiguous exhibit space.
The daily live auctions will move off of the show floor and into a ballroom on the second floor of the center. Exhibitors are submitting donations for the auctions and we will provide regular highlights of donations in this publication.
Registration is open! So now’s the perfect time to begin planning your trip to SCI’s 43rd Annual Hunters’ Convention, February 4-7, in Las Vegas. Registration will open in August and members can book rooms at block hotels by following links on the ShowSCI website. Your participation in the SCI convention is your chance to demonstrate your commitment to ensuring that your rights as an outdoorsman are protected.– Libby Grimes, Director of Convention & Events
