Angie Wild Receives SCI “Spot Award”

Angie Wild was recently honored with SCI’s Spot Award. The award is given to SCI employees who have demonstrated exceptional performance beyond their job description in support of the mission of SCI. Wild was nominated by Mike Wirth and Karen Gerald based on Wild taking on twice her workload as an exhibit coordinator for an eight week period when the other coordinator position unexpectedly became vacant. The recommendation reads in part, “[Wild] essentially filled the job responsibilities and duties of two coordinator positions handling more than 860 clients–or every single 2013 exhibiting company. Her actions singularly attributed the successful collating and mailing of all contract packets, collection of booth fees, documentation of vital contract documents and most importantly, kept the contract timeline on task without risk of failure to the convention department or SCI.”
